FANTASTIC PHOTOGRAPHY is owned and managed by CARLITO MANDO PULLAN who has more than 20 years of experience in capturing special moments of people’s lives. He started his interest in photography at the young age of 17. Through years of hard work and training, he amasses the required technical knowledge and experience to become a professional photographer and build his own photography business.

Carlito Pullan attributes his talent in Photography to God. He’s extremely
thankful for the grace and power that made him such a huge success in the
field he loves. His photographic style is capturing the photos of his subject in a
surprising manner that it turns out to be a one of a kind photo.

Carlito’s works has been recognized and have won numerous awards. He is also a
